I didn't send the envelope at all and everything was fine. The bar code is already on the letter that they sent

what can i use for june 15th 2012 presence ? . um i made a payment that night to the courts , i sent in the receipt but i guess it didnt have my name so its why they saw it as insufficient , however since that payment was made to the clerk of the superior court , i just went down there and had them print out when they received that payment , the receipt they gave me dates that they received the payment on "6/22/2012" . but includes my case # , "payer name" and the check # . pretty much the same number i sent them that they saw as insufficient , i am planning on resending that since they match and the new receipt i have includes my name the clerk of the superior court and the check number which both seem to match up , ill be sending in both , the one that originaly shows that i made that payment on "6/15/2012" , that doesnt include my name only amount and check # and the new receipt they just gave me , my question is , is that sufficient ? ., i also had them printed out the previous payment before that , and one after , they are

payment made 5/5/2012

payment received clerk of superior court 5/11/2012
(with my name case number and check number matching)

payment made 6/29/2012
payment received clerk of superior court 7/16/2012
(with my name case number and check number matching)

is this enough?

I got asked for more info. Specifically for more proof of my arrest. It says "You did not provide a full explanation in part 7 of your form describing the circumstances, as requested in the instructions on part 3 of the form. Therefore, please provide a full explanation describing the circumstances"

Honestly, I didnt sent enough on my arrest, so I gathered my police report, letter of disposition proving I completed probatiom, and a receipt. Is this enough? Or is it asking me to write my perspective on the matter? Like, an essay? My parents "advised" to me I should personally write an explanation on what happened. Suggestions?

edit: I should explain that on the police report theres a full explanation of events, the substances they found, who I was with, etc.

Re: *****RFE Thread <- (Request for Evidence)****

Hey guys, My dad has me on his taxes receipts for one of the years where I only have one proof of residency ( a medical record, and one affidavit and stamped pictures of birthdays) Can i use that as evidence?

The thing is he filed those taxes with another address where he didn't live nor me and it was in another state, my aunt's house. but I have proof from previous years of living in that state but not in that exact address.

I also didn't include that address when I listed all the addresses where I have lived (because I only lived there for a week and i was 13)

So do you think I can submit those taxes or would they make my situation worse?

They most likelyhood had it in their hands either on Friday or Saturday. USCIS probably updated the info into their system on Sunday that your rfe was delivered.

So I have a question, if I received an RFE for evidence for 2007, does that mean the rest of my application was fine?
