Re: *****RFE Thread <- (Request for Evidence)****
I m in need of help. I just received an RFE from the Nebraska branch asking for evidence of continuous presence from 2007 to 2011. I entered the country sometime around 97' when i was 12 and have overstayed my Visa ever since my parents brought me here. I've supplied records from middle school to high school and ones that account for my current presence here. Unfortunately,I have been a dependent of my parents after i finished high school and have no income and no personal records of expenses. I also have no assets; everything in my possession is the property of my parents. The only thing i can think of using as evidence are notarized affidavits from family and friends. I can also print out my Ip address from my Facebook logins. Im afraid those aren't enough to account for my continuous stay here. If anyone was in the same position i'm in now, Please let me know how you overcame the issue. I'll be forever grateful for any input in my dilemma.

none that i can recall, I have records for when i got my prescription glasses last year but according to the RFE the evidence for 2012 was sufficient so that's not going to be relevant.

Anyone else reached the dreaded anniversary of their submissions? |

It was for my birth certificate the one I had was marked m instead of f and so my mother in law that lives in mx went to get a copy of it to 'el registro civil' where they have records of births deaths etc and my birth was recorded right but some idiot stamped it wrong. My mother in law brought me the copy and I sent it the next day! Btw I would call my lawyers office every two weeks to check on my case but I got busy with work and a month later I randomly stopped by his office after a dr visit to check on my case. To my suprise that rfe had been sitting in there for a whole month!
