In my case i took everything just im case and left it in the car.

I went inside with only my passport, and the.n the lady told me that my name was flipped on their system, then they moved me to an office with the manager, and he went on telling me that they would re schedule my appointment so that i could go get my Birth Certificate to match the name to that of my ID and Passport... I went on to tell him it was in my car, so i just stepped out grabbed it and the issur was resolved without rescheduling.... So yeah just in case :D

Oh snaps but it's on the way!!! So yay! yeah hopefully they get it right they mixed my name up as well on the first letters I got and I had to call immigration and have them change it. I wonder if I will have the same problem at the bios.

no you don't have to. you already paid biometrics..it was included with your $465 fee :)
