It does say you can be held indefinitely, without bond. That's pretty bad.

I'm too lazy to read the 100+ page decision until the weekend. Seriously? A felony to seek one? Also, is the indefinite holding constitutional...? I figured some protections still applied...

basically, my guess is water is state-ran so services under the state are classified as a 'business transaction' that is deemed illegal.

My biggest worries were the harboring of an illegal immigrant and the employment part.
