^AGREED. Complete ignorance. Now educate us on how passing this bill will help us become permanent resident using current immigration system that already exist.

Have fun my friend.

http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/usc...00082ca60aRCRD

Keep in mind, the site does NOT address our status because we are not EVEN FUCKING LEGAL YET. So, just wait until the bill is presented to know how we would be accomadated into the system.

THE POINT IS THAT YOUR RHETORIC OF OPPOSITION TO RUBIO'S IDEAS DOES NOT EVEN MATCH WHAT HE HAS DECLARED IN PREVIOUS INTERVIEWS.

I QUIT!!! I WISH THEY WOULD KILL ME LIKE ANASTACIO. My one and only request is that they video tape it and show it to the world!!!! They wanted to know how to stop people from coming here!!! THERE THEY GO! I VOLUNTEER.

Huh?????????????? You need to re-read through the article really slowly, so you can understand it! It would not make us automatic residents or citizens, BUT WE WOULD HAVE THE SHOT TO TRY THROUGH EXISTING CHANNELS. So, that little argument that his idea would create second-class citizens is a bunch of partisan bickering that needs to stop. It is an offensive argument that sends shivers down my spine and utterly pisses me off to the point that I shit 100-dollar bills. That fucken stupid argument is intended to devalue a POSSIBLE fair alternative.

I read it veeeery slooooowly during my 10 min break at the factory (where we will all end up sooner or later)

As for " BUT WE WOULD HAVE THE SHOT TO TRY THROUGH EXISTING CHANNELS."

Do you qualify for those EXISTING CHANNELS right now? What makes you think you'll qualify after the DREAM Act. I "QUALIFY" for an existing channel right now. In fact, I'm in line. My sister applied for me as soon as she turned 21. I have a priority date of 2009 I think. They're currently processing dates from 1996 AND they've been processing '96 cases for a while. IN FACT, if I'm LUCKY I'll become a resident by the time I'm 45!!!!!

So yeah. The EXISTING CHANNELS don't mean anything to me or any of you because if it did WE'D. ALREADY. BE. RESIDENTS!!!!!

This is 29 long years of experience talking. Okay!! I've been thru high school. I've been to college.

same here. We worked shitty jobs with shitty pay with a goal in mind: put ourselves through school and graduate.

Stop externalizing YOUR failure....life is hard, but that doesn't mean that get to bitch and cry when things don't go your way.

I paid 16,000 a year. I worked 40 hrs a week and was a full time student. I went to community college my first 2 years and then to a 4 year school. I was able to get my engineering degree from an ABET accredited school. It is possible, but it takes will and hard work. ;)

My brother was valedictorian of his highschool and is currently attending a 4 year school for free- > 34,000 a year. He has a 4.0 there too.

If you really want it, you will fight for it and achieve!

I'm 27, and I have to say this DA issue has taken a toll on me. However, I want to achieve more than what Americans expect me to achieve. With my family on my back, I will not settle for less.

P.S--stop saying you are scared and shit, we all know it's not easy being a dreamer. So stop depressing younger dreamers.

Don't worry, something will HAVE to get passed soon ( i can't imagine this being dragged on for even more years and years). It has gained too much momentum and it's not possible that both parties are simply going to give up on solving the broken immigration system here. It will pass soon (hopefully before like 2015). And Givemeachance, i am seriously sorry that you would've aged out if it doesnt pass like this year.......don't worry, look for more opportunities in life. And maybe they might put the age to like 35.
