Actually he can remember how the pentagon had it but Obama told him to hold too see if congress can do on their own ....they were doing through the MAVNI program they can also expand it to us if they wanted ...it's also up to Obama and the department of defense

Obama CAN NOT use executive action to grant green card to illegal immigrants. Obama is delusion.
Congress is the only way that can grant illegal immigrants green card.
