Guys, you have to notice that many GOP legislators like McConnell align themselves with Trump. Trump says he supports a congressional solution. Let him trash McConnell and Cornyn if necessary.

Your forgetting that democrats only had about a month or two of a 60 vote supermajority in the senate. Graham also turned his back on us.

Now is different, those 800k people now have lives and jobs that need DACA. Something has to be done for them regardless of the other immigrants.

I guess you hate obama because he gave DACA to only us and not those immigrants.

Had it not been for those 5 Democrats who were from deep red states we would have definitely had a different outcome. It was during a mid-term elections too, they definitely played politics with our future.

At least trump stands to for something. Ryan and McConnell blow whichever way the political winds blow, always worried about reelection.

Back in 2010 only about 48% of people said immigrants made positive impact to the country, now its 67%.

Dreamer support is at an all time high as well. That's why you see many republicans coming out in support. Times are different now.

It's a starting point for negotiations. You have to start from two extremes then meet in the middle, you don't start from where you want to end up. Just like negotiation on a price of something you want to buy.
