Remember this is a reasonable bill and yet racist Kelly said it wasn’t good, according to Washington Post..

Shit looks like trump could end up getting his wall after all. Let's see if Dems cave.

Imo, the conversation between Democrats and Republicans have been far apart for the year Trump has been in office. It is still difficult seeing how they may come up with a consensus bill.

Looks like Kelly had no idea what was in the Senate compromise bill, had / has no idea what is in the Hurd-Aguilar bill... He just repeated same points that were made last week / early this week by the white house that this bill is not enough LOL.

Kelly is as bad as Miller, but pretends to be reasonable.

.@RepGutierrez says Gen. Kelly told the CHC the WH needs a “real bipartisan proposal,” not Graham-Durbin.

But he says it was a productive meeting and feels “more positive than ever” about a deal. Others have described it as cordial, unlike previous caucus meetings with Kelly.

Yeah, every meeting is positive, yet nothing happens, apparently bipartisan means reject every deal that isn't heavily favoring all of Republican demands for immigration and gives us Bridge Act.

It doesn't look like the meeting accomplished much.
“I was blown away that the Chief of Staff was not aware of Hurd-Aguilar #DACA proposal,” @RepGutierrez outside @HispanicCaucus meeting with John Kelly. Says it was still a positive meeting.
White House Chief of Staff John F. Kelly told the Congressional Hispanic Caucus he "had never heard of DACA" before he became Homeland Security secretary last year, according to an aide at the meeting, per @cdechalus
Trump administration “going to have to come to the center if they want a fix,” Senator Menendez outside #DACA meeting with Kelly, says the administration keeps moving the goalposts on what they want in return for protection for #DREAMers
