I rather have a perma daca, or keep the status quo if that means no extra enforcements or the taken away of these people’s chance to adjust through their kids or siblings.

I rather be this kind of immigrant, and not the ones who call TPS people freeloaders, and at the same time apply for a DACA renewal assistance check.

That daca renewal assistance was open to all daca. Requirement was to be on daca. Sorry you missed out. I am not sorry for applying for something that i qualified for.

There can be no permanent daca. Any president can come in and cancel it. That is not something permanent.

I’m all for assistance for those in need, help others is the best thing in mankind

If you needed that money, good for you. Fortunately, I have the monetary means to pay for all my renewals.

Call other immigrants freeloaders is a shitty thing to do, especially if you taking advantage of some assistance yourself, and especially when those others were immigrants with a similar protection like ours

Again, I don’t feel entitled to the point of wanting a GC over the demise of others.
If congress wants to make DACA legal for the next 3 years, or permanently. I’m ok with that, better than screwing everyone else up with those conservative bills.

Serious question. If you didnt have daca right now. And one of those conservative bills would cover you. Would you rather stay illegal or get daca/greencard.

If a conservative bill passed that covers me, I would apply for it, like everyone would.

But let’s say it was up to my decision if a bill like that would pass or not, I would rather it not passing, especially if we are talking about that bill the WH backed in the Senate.

I’m ok with that stupid wall
I’m ok with merit based immigrantion

But I’m not ok with extreme enforcement, criminalization of undoc people, and end of family petitions.

Respect. I would love for something not so conservative to pass. But I think that desperation is speaking on my behalf and makes me want them to pass anything lol

Bro, we all have different reasons to want a bill that would adjust us to pass.
Some of us have jobs, and many other things in the line, and in the end of the day, only the individual knows what’s best for him/her.

We, Dreamers, are in a best position than most immigrants, we jus gotta keep in mind that that doesn’t mean we are better, or more deserving than anyone.

Let’s hope for the best outcome to all of us!

TPS were freeloading on daca movement without fighting for daca for a single day. That is what freeloading TPS meant.

Demise of others? Why should others get to receive GCs over the demise of us? Majority of Americans wanted chainmig gone. That choice should be respected.
