If law and reason are used DACA won’t be killed. If it was in fact unconstitutional it would have ended a long long time ago.
However.... of racism is driving this....they have a majority in the Supreme Court.....

DACA can't be ruled in favor by the supreme court at all, like it or not it IS unconstitutional, presidents just dont have the authorisation to make stuff like this, even Obama knew this, courts just pushed it all the way there to give us more time to renew, it will be phased out and a new law will be forced to pass through congress, the most worrying part is going to be when congress rips itself trying to pass something for us.

Jesus Christ - courts haven’t even decided if it’s unconstitutional and this Supreme Court isn’t even about if it’s unconstitutional but if trump can kill it and you’re already saying it’s unconstitutional?

Everyday I wake up I get on my knees and pray do the lord of all-mighty thanking him dreamers are not in charge of Congress and the WH because holy fuck they would be even worse than Republicans and Trump.

DACA is not unconstitutional brosef. However it is a temporary program and it must be brought to a close in order for Dream Act or some sort of law to be codified. But I definitely agree people should renew before SCOTUS takes it up.
