One day I suppose.

There's a lifetime of travel available in America. Traveling out of country is the last thing I care about when it comes to status.

Give me a good night's sleep first.

They want SCOTUS to lay DACA to rest, this in effect neuters the Dems' leverage.

I've come to the conclusion that whatever Miller proposes, it's for his own benefit of being a hard liner so he can find a job in the future. His policies are so hardline it won't get majority support.

I need to visit my home country. My family back home are getting old and dying. I can’t stand not being able to see them.

Miller knows what he's doing. He apparently came up with declaring a national emergency to secure border wall funding as far back as 2016. This explains why Trump was gaslighting us on his 4 pillars BS.

They even tried using pentagon money until everyone in his cabinet told him that wasn't legally feasible.

Miller is staunch Alt Righter psychopath with zero regard for ethics, expect brute force unilateral abuses of the executive branch to continue.

Fair enough. All of my relatives are dead so there's nothing left for me "back home."

Right, he knows his policies will not become law, he's wasting the president's time. So you have to ask why he's still doing it. To me, it seems like he's padding his resume for the next anti-immigrant law maker.

So sorry to hear that. Where is your home country?

Miller will need security the rest of his pathetic life. What a waste.

That's not an option for everyone, not unless you traveled with AP or like myself, can adjust via 245i.

But even that's a risky move.. There's people getting nabbed at their USCIS interview, immigration officers are given discretion to deny applicants suspected of "fraud" and are likewise being pressured to be less forgiving.

Proving a bonafide marriage for a DACA recipient right now is a tall order. They're even trying to make denied applicants be put in immediate removal proceedings.
