The 1.6 had restrictions such that no new border fencing could be made. The 1.375 is for NEW wall/fence/call it what you want

The point is Trump got SOME wall without giving ANY concessions for immigration, Dems traded leverage for nothing yet again.

Nancy also said congress won't be going home without a DACA fix in Dec 2017. What's your point?
