Dude, if there's one body you can't ascribe any kind of rhyme or reason to it's the Supreme Court.

All depends if they choose to grant certoriari and how Roberts swings in this case. If they take up the case I recommend everyone to jump on their own relief avenues.

Agree, for everyone and especially younger dreamers, don't bet on the congress to fix the problem. I bet on it for the past 15 years and lost big time. Seek your own relief avenues if there is one, don't wait.
