Would you rather nobody even talked about the Dream Act? This keeps it in the news at least and draws the line.

I agree with you! Democrats play games sometimes but they are always making moves to try to do the dream act even though republicans are blocking things. For many years republicans have stopped dream act from passing bcuz they hold very "conservative" & draconian views on immigration. Republicans want too much in exchange for the dream act. Immigration cant be solved with one bill, it needs to be done piecemeal. We actually need more democrats in the senate and the country needs to get rid of these older republicans like turtle mitch from the senate.

The difference between GOP and DEM is that if Chuck Schumer is the majority leader in the Senate, he would vote on DA this week and send it to the White House.
