In the NY raids on Saturday, ICE was going to apartment complexes in the areas with heavy immigrant populations and going door to door knocking while people hid inside their bedrooms scared to death. They had no idea who was in those apartments. Maybe there was one person in their list to justify going to that complex but the goal wasn't just to get them. The goal was to catch as many people as they could no matter what sort of immigration issue they have, criminal or not.
