So won't this be a different case altogether from the current Texas one, which is arguing on the legality of the program itself? I don't see why Hanen is leaving it in SCOTUS hands by kicking the bucket down the road if the 2 cases are arguing different things. And isn't the Hanen case kicked only to October? Would he kick it further down for SCOTUS to make their decision on whether the way it was ended was legal? Let's just say Hanen decides to not kick it down and takes up the second case in October, wouldn't that make the SCOTUS decision pointless if Hanen rules that DACA itself is not legal? This is one big clusterfuck in my eyes lmao.

Government is actually a big clusterfuck. The founding fathers went pretty far, but they could not foresee the advanced scoundrel we have today. The better and more advanced you make a government, the more advanced and skillfull the scoundrels will get.

Moscow Mitch is a big example of scoundrels. All they do is block legislation. They should be tarred and feathered by the people for the gross incompetence and mismanagement of the posts they've been elected to. If someone in the future makes a new government, make sure to have a policy where if the population is dissatisfied with congress, then the congress is emptied out of all members and new elections are held.

President CANNOT do those kind of things, CONGRESS takes care of that.

Barack Hussein Obama even said so HIMSELF.

The way you say it makes it look like obama said daca was unsconstitutional. Which is absolutely false he. Look into what he said entirely on the Univision interview. You need to educate yourself. And once again for the millionth time if theres still any confusion or misinformation daca was not a dam executive order.

Did you just quoted Univision? Please dont do that EVER again, thanks to their bullshit we are still in fkin limbo. Jorge Ramos is the definition of poor journalism.

The president CANNOT do that kind of immigration move. CONGRESS does that with LEGISLATION.

Go look at the press release when DACA was released, it was. a " TEMPORARY fix" until stricken down so congress could do their JOB to pass LEGISLATION in the meantime

Christ almighty the brainwash is getting worse.

then why do you continue to benefit from a program that you believe shouldn’t exist? you should discard your DACA status then.

nobody can say if its constitutional or not, only SCOTUS can do that.

Lmao.

Which is why the supreme court will strike it down.

What an idiotic way of thinking.

DACA will be eliminated and we have to prepare for the worst just in case congress fails AGAIN with a bill, odds dont look good for us if the idiots at univision and United W Dream keep asking for stupid sht.

Thinking that the program should exist won't change the reality of it. That it is unconstitutional.

Activist courts brought the "illegally" rescinded argument just to buy us more time. We got to be realistic. This affects all of us and we got to put our feet on the ground.

Got any actual proof that daca is unconstitutional? Last I checked it wasn’t even an EO but a memo by USCIS so how could it be unconstitutional?

I would hate to do this, but if DACA ends with nothing legislatively in place I will be force to cash out $20,000 in cash advance I have on my capital one credit card.
