He hasn't been confirmed yet. I believe Trump is pushing for the confirmation vote in the next week or two .

Here's @DHSgov's full statement. DHS says it is "exploring" options to ensure it can maintain its restrictions on DACA, which closed the program to new applicants and limited current protections.

I've asked DHS if we can attribute the statement to a named spokesperson.

It all depends if dems are will to bring an actual solution or present more of their of the clean bill bull shit. Most likely they will try their all or nothing approach for all 11 million. That will be DOA.
