First of all, I was referring to Trump. Second of all, do not ever ask me about disciplinary action against another user. It will result in an infraction issued to you.

A blue wave is never enough, it is necessary.

Yes, I am ok with the moderate ones, and I am ok with Dems who have balls. But, most Dems are just spineless bitches (e.g. Hoyer, Pelosi, Schumer, Menendez, and Dems like them).

Gooddlatte and the rest of the Freedom Caucas racist scam need to disappear from the political spectacle. Let the world evolve, hopefully come November they get sent to the hell whole they come from.

If they actually want something to pass (which in my opinion they don’t) that’s the only way. There is no reality where a republican controlled congress will give Dems a win on immigration of all things. That’s the reality of the situation.

Just look at 2010, how does Harry Reid fail to whip 55/59 Dem votes? They actually had republican senators voting for Dream Act... It’s obvious Dems made a choice to not go after it.

Nancy Pelosi is a crook. Just like her father and brother. Why do you think she didn't run to represent Maryland? her family has such awful reputation here.

So she’s what every republican is? And she managed to put DA up for vote while being an evil bad person?

I disagree. I do think most Democrats do want to help us, but the issue is not their number one issue and they often lack political courage. This bill hurts more DREAMers than helps and with DACA renewals allowed, there’s no reason for Democrats to give in now. Midterms are around the corner, they might as well wait and hope to pick up more seats.

Pelosi did manage to get all Democrats to sign on to the discharge petition.

Republicans should stop wasting their time on Immigration until after we elect more Senators and Congressmen/women in November. Dems are just playing games, have no intention of doing anything to solves this decades old problem. We can pass great legislation after the Red Wave!

LMAO are they really that stupid?

Their blame strategy is going to blow apart before they even have a chance to realize it.

Red wave...

They will have no other chance to do anything after November. It is over for them.

Republicans have had all branches of government for over a year and have failed in most major legislative actions. Tax cuts will be the only thing they ever pass.

Senate Republicans say they still need legislation to address the separation of families at the border, despite the executive order the president signed on Wednesday to halt the practice.
A bipartisan Gang of Four will meet next week to begin negotiations. The group includes Sens. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Thom Tillis (R-N.C.), Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) and Dick Durbin (D-Ill.).

Dems better not go along with just legislation addressing the separation. Trump can end it administratively, plus it looks bad for republicans.

Once again Democrats falling into the Republican trap as it was designed all along. You would think them being in politics would teach them some lessons.

Who in their right mind would even attempt to work with Lyin Ted...

The issue at hand is the court case. If SCOTUS punts, then we will be fine but I don’t see them doing that once Hanen issues his ruling in favor of the red states.

Yes if the court case is expedited this could change things. Though as long as valid EAD cards aren't made invalid, I still see the Democrats waiting until after midterms.

When is Hanen ruling? And what's the consensus about renewals when he rules against DACA? No more?

That would be a disaster and result in economic collapse. 800,000 people out of the work force in a single day...I like to think even Trump isn't that stupid.

I just hope SCOTUS sees their efforts to end the program via the Texas lawsuit for what it is and tell them they have to still go through the appropriate avenues.

Consensus is that Trump and Keebler Elf will rush to the SCOTUS to request immediate injunction due to the conflicting rulings. If SCOTUS punts, someone correct me if I am wrong, the rulings in our favor will stand since those are higher courts and they will have to wait for the process to play out in court BEFORE they appeal to SCOTUS.

It means if SCOTUS tells Trump to take a hike, California and New York courts could delay this for a while.

Yeah. If that happened, no doubt there would be backlash similar to the family separation incident.

"She" isn't evil per say, a fraud perhaps. Not every republican is "Evil" just like every dreamer is not a convict.

My brother is turning 21 in 37 days and he’s about to fix my mom. I can’t believe this is happening when she’s so close.
