I sent them the bill they gave me at the college with my name on it that said I was enrolled in the "fix ur own car" and an application I had filled out sayin I was in the waiting list for two other auto classes.

I did not Chang my address but my i got text message to day they says your status is updated with new address in 12-14-12 but I didn't Chang any addresses to day even one years ago. Any one have idea what is come from ??

No, they just wanted evidence for june 2010 to december 2011. I sent in credit card statements for every month of 2011 and dental records and a certificate for 2010

You people on this thread seem to be very level headed individuals and I have a question that was probably asked already somewhere but I could not find a thread, but anyway my status today is under the decision bubble and the writing below says that I am approved. My question is how long does it take to go to post decision activity because my sister's went instantly. Do you think its because I got approved on a Friday afternoon so there could be a delay?

They wanted evidences from June 2009-May 2012
So I submitted following documents...

1)So I sent in the bank statements during those time
2)affidavit letter from my church pastor stating I was present every weekend to attend the church service.
3)Both transcripts (Highschool and college) in case they lost it.
4)Receipts from paying school tuition
5) Doctors note from the dentist and copies of medical records
6) Medical records from eye exam (2009,2011,2012) Optometry
7) Certificate of Baptism from church (2010)
8) Any other receipts with my name on it.

I am really desperate right now because it has been more than a month (6weeks) since I turned in my responses of RFE and I havent heard anything from USCIS. When I call them they just read off the status page which is posted on checking the status on USCIS website. and if they tell me if I want further assistant I have to wait an Hour over the phone -_-;;
Funny thing is me and my younger brother submitted same proving documents and he got accepted and not me!!! I was really surpirsed that USCIS is running like this. I mean what do they want more??? Do they really care to give out the cards or are they just too intense -__-..

If anyone is going through what I am going through please let me know because I will understand what you guys are going through and I know I am not the only one...

Anyone who can assist me please assist me..

Their approving orders are a mess, I know it frustrated me when I was waiting for a RFE/Approval - I'm not gonna say "your days coming- hang in there" cause that's what everyone says and it used to annoy the hell out of me haha but all you can do right now is just forget about it and go on till you get that surprise text, I know I dwelled so much on the election/DACA this semester that I ended up messing up on most of my classes.. Don't let that be you - good luck!

I never got an RFE, but for those of you who do, I think this will help you in case you have no other proof to send in. I sent in Paypal receipts for online purchases to cover from 2009-2012. I also sent them some facebook check-ins and a few photographs with the dates and location on them.

That was my evidence to cover continuous residence for 3 years and I got approved today. So if you get an RFE, you can use that stuff as evidence.

I understand your frustration it's easy for approvals to say hang in there but it's just frustrating to wait......my husband said i have OCD......i'm right behind you i sent my
RFE 4 weeks ago and next week will be 5.....just like Happyman0607 said just sign up for the text and e-mail alert and hang in there try your best to forget about it i'm so lucky that me and my husband are going to Florida next week at least that will make me occupied with family and friends...good luck let me know when you get approve ;o-)

Just curious, how come you would marry a non USC? Me and my dad were talking about this some time back with regards to undocumented marrying other undocumented in most cases it's just sealing the deal to stay undocumented your whole life?

Oh no sir he is citizen working for Hewlett Packard (HP) his one of the VP their for touch pad team anyhow the reason why he can't apply for me is i did the boarder cross if i came to this country with some sort of visa he would be apple to apply for me ;) I don't knowm why he married me lol

Ohhhh, gotcha yea well it's gonna be like he has a USC wife now since you'll be able to drive, work etc :) Excuse my ignorance but people who are EWI's can they cross the boarder back to Mexico and have their husband/wife petition for them to get a visa? Or is it still hard to do that?

Sister got an RFE today, which is weird because her case was more straight forward than mine because she's still in high school and has been going continuously since kindergarten. We sent transcripts of all years.

My lawyer sent in the RFE response: November 29
processed it on: December 4
after a week of wait they approved me today, December 15.

RFE reason: they were asking for proof of high school graduation/completion.
I sent them my HS transcript along side with my HS diploma.

what was your reason for an RFE?
