I am very nervous i cant lie. I received the RFE on 04/09/2014 asking for "currently enrolled in School" proof. I guess the receipts for my GED course where not enough. How ever, I dropped out the program when I was in USCIS custody last April 2013 and never enrolled again till I got the RFE. I re-enrolled in a program as soon as I got the notice and I passed the GED test with no problem. So i sent them the proof of enrollment and GED certificate, I just hope they approve me.

Has any one encountered the same situation and gotten denied and approved?

SOOOOO NERVOUS RIGHT NOW!!!!!

09/19/2014 BIO appt.
01/25/2014 6 month club
3 rfe's
04/09/2014 RFE
06/26/2014 RFE sent back with required evidence.

My case has been on initial review since Jan 15th. So next month I will be in the 6 month club.

I want to contact my US rep but I'm iffy about it bc I'm from TX and most are against DACA.

also when you did the e request, what was the info they have you?

I googled who was my US Rep for my city and state. On services there was a link name help with federal agency clicked on it and it send me to an authorization form ( name,address,phone number, receipt #and date of application) fill it out and got and email letting me know they had put in a request with uscis when uscis responded they forwarded the email to me letting me know exactly what uscis said. (Uscis response was that me case was put in line for review).

woah u have almost over a year and half!? :/ thats crazy ..aww hang in there I bet u will be approved soon..I sent out my Rfe bck on June 16th and got approved on June 27th and others as well sent an rfe bck the exact week as me and have gotten approved as well in the same week ..approvals seem to be quick after rfs now but yeah dont loose hope ..have faith in God ..Talk to God he is sucha wonderful listener ♡ Remember God never gives u more than what we can handle ..hey ur just one step closer..and soon very soon u will be here letting us know u got approved !!:)
