HELP! I just realized I forgot to write my name in the back of my passport photos. Anyone know the number to the Arizona lockbox so I could call and let them know?!? Thanks!

Hi everyone I was wondering for my i-765 worksheet. Should I write in the additional information that my dad is filling for bankruptcy?? Someone told me no but I mean I do live with my parents and they can barely pay for it? WHAT DO YOU THINK?!:|

I wouldnt worry to much about it. From the looks of it, they use your picture you take at biometrics for your ead. Some have been approved without even sending the passport pics.

Hi everyone,

I have a question. I just went for my biometrics and well that went ok. The only problem is that my birth certificate has my last name as something different from my passport. The idiots who made my passport (at age 10), wrote my last name as Jennifer...which is obviously my first name. And they wrote my first name as "unknown".
On my birth certificate it has my correct last name, except it's misspelled... >.< I don't know how that happened.

Anyway, will this cause me problems later on? For example, when I go to the SSA...?
Please let me know... kinda hyperventilating.

Congrats to all of you who have received an approval.

I have been trying to help with translation of a birth certificate from oaxaca, mexico. I have googled for samples and not sure which translation would be acceptable. I would truly appreciate any suggestions and samples that can be provided.

I used this sample. Just save it and open it on paint and edit it by inserting text boxes over the existing text then enter your information. This one looks exactly like my birth certificate from Guadalajara.
Hope you can edit it.

i have a quick question.

at the biometrics appt, are they suppose to take the bio letter or are you suppose to keep it?

Just a quick question (which I'm sure is answered somewhere here)...
What's the deal with the worksheet? Is is a determining factor as to whether or not you receive and EAD? Such a doozy filling this one out... I think I may have put a larger income than expenses. Don't ask why, I was super nervous :/

nobody knows really. but you do have to fill it out and it does not determine anything. once your DACA is approved so will your EAD. you are only getting the ead because of DACA
