is it normal to wait more than a month AFTER sending the RFE package? i sent mine a little over a month ago and still havent heard from them. i sent to Vermont and it was a BIG package including all bank statements, paypal receipts, package receipts, itunes bills, red cross donation receipts..

My I-821D app was just approved yesterday, ead still on initial review. How long until my ead is approved and goes to card production?

There's no telling. Mine jumped straight to card production this morning. My sister's took 12 hours to go into production.

We have almost the same time line. They received my package on Aug 20. Did my bio on 9/20 nd I also got a REF I sent it back and it was delivered on Oct 26, now I'm still waiting

They sent it to my lawyer on the 4th and they got it on the 7th and so far I haven't gotten anything in the mail. When I went to drop off the diploma yesterday I asked for a copy and that's how I got to read it.

REALLY!! they don't notify us both? This suck because my lawyer is really bad at communicating with me. My packet was complete and ready to mail it it took him a week to mail it. He notified my brother about his approval two weeks after he got his EAD in the mail.

It's ridiculous that a few pages, and a decision based on those pages can take more then a few minutes, never mind hours worth of someone's time. O well. All this does is delay my new job, but it's holiday season, lets hope this works out.

Yea I waited 2 weeks for my RFE response which is pretty good considering some people been waiting 8 weeks but my RFE took the agent no more than 15 seconds to approve me cause it was 1 piece of paper

When they request for more evidence how to you know cuz I've wing waiting for a long time and I still don't know ntn my status still appears in initial review .

No worries. He doesn't post anymore but I think his name was dreamalive was approved and still in some high school program to get his diploma was already like 20 or 21 I think. But it took his case awhile.

Hey guys. Been following this forum since I applied. After waiting for ever I finally got an RFE letter in the mail today from Vermont SC. The usual proof of continuous stay. For those still waiting, it's butt slow but at least it's moving. Have patience. :)
