Do you have to send in a background check from your local police?

Also, I don't have many things to prove my continous stay. Would invoices from Amazon purchases with my name and address work? Invoices from Pizza places with my name and address (domino's, Pizza hut)?

i have another question, on the application pg 2 part 1 12a other names used, i was told by an attorney to put my maiden name there since on pge 1 1a full name i didnt include my maiden name im still single was it correct to have entered my name + my maiden name on page 2 (other names used)?

You only have to send police reports if you were arrested before.

Yes, you can use invoices from amazon.

am not sure i get you. if you are single don't you still use your maiden name? here is what i suggest put the name you currently call your self on part 1 and then all the other names you have on important documents that you have used before put on pg 2 on other names used.

Hey guys, I have a question please answer it.

there's 7 guidelines on DACA right? so umm i just read that you only have meet several key guideline to apply, so my situation is the only guideline that i dont meet is one and that's you should have came here before the age of 16 so 15 and below right? but the thing is i came here just a month after my 16th birthday. so my question now is Can i still be able to apply and would i be approve if i will?

where did you read that?

listen carefully you have to meet ALL plus also believe in your heart, to apply. if you even miss by a half you might get one of the following

denial or deportation.

you won't qualify, and if you apply you will get denied and they will take your money too. do not apply please, for your safety.
