i forgot to informed you guys the i got approved jan 8th and today jan 10th they mailed my card, i received an RFe on Nov 30th and they got my info Dec 14, my app was being process in vermont Center

The sooner you send it back, the more likely your case will get approved. You have 90 days to respond, if it takes longer than that, your case will be considered abandoned.
Everything you need to do is instructed in the RFE NOTICE. Good luck.

has anyone had a criminal record and got a RFE requesting a court paper and got approved in California service center? I got a RFE for requesting court documents and More evidence from 2007 to 2012

If you have a Facebook account you can send screenshots from your profile(pictures,posts or check-ins). My RFE was for proof of being here June 15th 2012. The only proof I sent for 2007 - 2012 was my high school diploma and tax returns my mother filed(Im listed as a dependant). Just be hopeful that the officer handling your case has the understanding that many dreamers stay hidden for fear of deportation. I sent screenshots of check-ins, posts and photos. Facebook's timeline feature is a blessing in disguise. The photos I sent was taken with a friend, I sent in an affidavit from her. The affidavit included how long we knew each other and what we did that day.
I thought for sure they were gonna ask for more evidence of me being here from June 2007 til 2012. Luckily they only asked for June 15th of 2012.

i don;t really have facebook. i did had myspace but last time i login was back in 08 i think. i try to login because i do have some post n photos can can help me but i forgot the passwork. and the email is link to i also forgot the password. i stop using this email because stater to get alot of spam.

yes I called and they said they cant do a service update yet, even though its pass the 60 days they stated smh. Vermont.. and my rfe was for proof of being her june 15th. I only had proof for dates a little after or before june 15th, I hope I dont get denied or another rfe :(

Woow, I hope you do. Your RFE wasn't for much. Also keep in mind Vermont handles the most cases out of the 4 SC. There are hundreds of thousands of people with cases in this country. Just be a bit more patient. I know this has been said a lot, but distract your self, you'll get approved when you least expect it. Good luck.

oh wow i'm really sorry that sux it's gone be almost 2 months since i sent my RFE........so i don't know if their even looking at my rfe respond or it's just siting there....;(
