Most Arabs protested vehemently against the nation of Israel occupying that land. Arab nations united and attacked Israel in an attempt to drive them out of the land, but they were defeated. Ever since, there has been great hostility between Israel and its Arab neighbors. Israel exists on one tiny piece of land surrounded by much larger Arab nations such as Jordan, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Egypt. Israel has a right to exist as a nation in its own land that God gave to the descendants of Jacob, grandson of Abraham. Israel should seek peace and display respect for its Arab neighbors. Psalm 122:6 declares, “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: May those who love you be secure. But they somewhat don't, may you remember they were almost gonna have a war a few months ago when they were bombing Muslims

Yesterday was my 60 day mark after receiving a RFE and I called in only to have them read what was on the website to me as though I am retarded and tell me to check processing times on the website. I filed on August 15th, they received my application on August 22 and I took my bios on sept 28. I received a RFE on nov 6 and the received my response November 13. I have wanted this so badly. I have been frustrated and anxious beyond belief. I am letting it go now because something must be wrong why it's taking so long and I don't want my hopes shattered. They don't really help you to understand anything and that is very frustrating so for the sake of my sanity, I'm letting it go.

I know exactly how you feel. I am past the 90 day mark since they received my reply to their Request for Evidence. No one helps! They told me to call them back if I do not hear an update within the 6 month date of my original submission date. That's in February!!! Mine is at the Vermont Service Center. Yours?

I have received RFE letter to prove my identification because I only send my school Id with transcript but they said insufficient so I don't know what else to send I don't have my passport and can't get it on time if anyone can help or give me an idea what other Id or document will be relevant to send I only have two weeks left until deadline anyone thanks..

I got an REF on 1/12/2013 but I don't understand exactly what are they asking for. The letter just says proof that I was here before the age of 16 and it list all of the evidence I can send but I already send that. Also they ask for more cont' residency but it doesn't state from what years they are asking for. I'm just confused on what year they want more evidence, are all REF letters like that or are they suppose to be more specific?:cry:

Sent all that. Whats an index? And for high school i was from 05 to 09, then moved to another school and never graduated. I went back to school in august and was in school trough the process the i was withdraweld since i turn 22 on the 21 of october. And now im trying to get my GED that the part that gets me all stressed out

Well as long as your enrolled in the GED course currently it should not be an issue. Did you send that information with your application.

Resend it again. But on a word document. Type out an index or an explanation of your evidence.

Yeah. It sounds like they just highlighted both items and didn't specify, so I'm guessing they either overlooked your original evidence or the files you sent were not clear enough for them. Are you sure they are not asking you for high school graduation?

Uzzyali, are you aware that you can send an expired passport or birth certificate along with your school ID to satisfy the requirement? Those should be enough if you have them.

So, they only want 2010, 2011, 2012. Try to gather information that covers every 3 months of each year at least.
So, rent contract is good. I would use your cell phone bills if they are under your name. I would use your mom's taxes as a last resort.

How about bank account statements?
