This is pretty funny to me, states that already allow undocumented to attend colleges come up with their own Dream Act. On the other hand, states that don't allow anything get worse and worse. What a shitty country.

You have to be there for 2 years before the enactment date of the bill.

What if you have lived 2 years in your college dorm in New York???

This bill is so ambiguous. Lets say the bill passes and you get a job with a firm which requires you to relocate to another state. Then what??

The bill text is still not available online. When it is available, it should answer some of our questions.
