After we get legalized through Rubio's bill, we can apply for Permanent Residents through existing channels such as marriage, sponsorship from companies. Everybody knows it takes long but that's how we need to EARN our status. We cannot use existing channels becasue we are illegal.
My question is, if Rubio's bill provides us with non-immigrant visa such as F1, do we have to pay out-of-state tuition from California, Texas where the states provide in state tuition for undocumented? |
