Seems like some of you ppl arnt reading the whole tread CORRECTLY ...WTF R U TALKIN ABOUT..U MAKE NO SENSE . WHAT DOES MY FRIENDS HAVE TO DO WITH ANYTHING ? I NEVER HAD A PASSPORT.. HOW IS THERE BLAME ON ME ..LIKE I SAID I COULD NEVER WORK WITH OUT A PERMIT .Im only 20 tf. SECOND OFF ALL U THINK I DIDNT CRY EVERY DAY HOLDIN MY SON AND KNOWING I COULDNT PROVIDE FOR HIM. IT WOULD BREAK MY HEART WHEN I WOULD THINK HOW MY LIFE WOULD BE SO DIFFERENT IF I had the chance to adjust .U think There wasnt days where I would talk crap to my mom and make her feel like sh** because at the moment I was really hurt and full of resentment. Ive been tru alot in my life and im sure u have also.So if anything please I dnt need sh** Talkers on my post . Thanks.

I second this its free to do a FOIA you have very specific info (receipt #) send it out ASAP and youll get the docs back in about 2 months once you have that itll be easier for you to do it on your own.

You sound very classy with you being 20, already having a kid, and not being able to put two sentences together despite of being almost born here. We've all had tough childhoods here, but all of us here knew something was wrong and at least tried to do something about it. The difference between us and you however is that unlike you, we all hit dead ends because we had no way to change our status and meanwhile you've been basically sitting on a green card and haven't even bothered to do anything about it.

I know not having a job its a shitty situation, but maybe your mother can help you? I dont know best of luck to you and i hope you take advantage of the opportunity you have and become something.

Look seriously idk wtf is your problem . I already told you to excuse your self out of my post . Second of all If I dnt type the way you want me to type, That's your bad. Third of all for the million time I have not been sitting on my ass not doin anything . Yoi do not know my life or my situation.I have tried to tell my mom evry year to do something and she would say she would. At the end I guess she didnt , So that is why I am DOING SOMETHING NOW. NOW THAT I GOT MY WORK PERMIT I CAN WORK AND SAVE MONEY , GET AN ATTORNEY AND GET ON IT .

Sounds like you were too busy having babies instead of fixing your status. And YES, I am "JELLY" because people like you who take no initiative and have no problem solving skills in their lives have such wonderful opportunities and decide to sit like a lame duck and go on forums so people can spoon feed you instructions and fill out your paperwork for you. And people like US who are proactive are out here working hard everyday to secure our futures by PLANNING ahead in life.

You should have learned your lesson from your mother. And should have taken this into your own hands a long time ago. But the best thing for you right now is to start acting.

And yes, I will excuse myself from this forum because you KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO. Which is exactly what you've already gotten from the lawyer. Also if you don't like criticism don't post stuff online. There are always haters.

hahahah wtf are u on . Anywho for the millionth time I jus got the reciept like a year ago . I didnt have a job to Get an attorney. Wtf does it matter that I didn't try to do something a yr ago , Because you so know my issues and problems . If Now im trying to do something about it ? Omg lol u sound like a little kid talkin sh** . God bless u .I will not argue with little kids trying to come at me with crap like they know my situation or reasons why I couldnt adjust any sooner.
