You are looking at it wrong . It puts even more pressure on Dems to
Deliver for us.

If that was true he'd tell people like Cotton to sit the fuck down and fuck off and deal "Dream Act for Wall", not "Bridge Act for FAIR's shopping list for the next 70 years".

He's again trying to sabotage the talks because he doesn't want to deal with this crap.

Agreed. It's people like Cotton who are derailing the compromise more than the Dems.

Democrats need to drive a hard bargain here, even if it means a government shutdown. There are other demands on the list (e.g. CHIP that only got extended for a few months) and whoever caves and votes with republicans can pay for their own re-election.

I agree with you . All I’m saying is his tweet should motivate Dems to secure a victory for us this month at all cost.

That would mean giving Trump his wall. Trump knows Dems won't cave on that, so he's getting ready to put the blame on them

Like what? A government shutdown. Dems have failed on that twice already. I wouldn't bet on them having the guts to go through with it.

I dont understand this! Give him the fucking wall. It will do nothing! It is a waste of money but lets be real our tax money has been wasted on worse things. It is symbolic. Let him enjoy his symbolic victory while we make real victory with legalizing about a million people.

I am frustrated and do not understand the "no wall" phenomenon.

The wall could be Trump's most prominent campaign promise. It is very symbolic and could really energize the Republican base.

I agree that Democrats must give Trump his wall, but I can see why they would so hesitant.
