Either that or miller has too much control over him
He has been doing this shit since he became president. Specially on daca. He says they came up with a deal and last minute he says they didn’t. The closest we ever got was September 2017 when he got his wall money in exchange for GCs for daca holders. Days later he said he had not agree to anything. |
