How are you guys approaching this application with the timeframe? You have to specify when you'd like to travel, right? What if it's an emergency and you want to travel next month?

call USCIS and make an appointment with InfoPass.

After getting approved, how long is it taking to receive the AP document?

Last time it took me about 1-2 weeks to get the actual document. That was 5 years ago. Today I’m sure they’ll take their sweet ass time.

How many days did you request for? and how many did you end up getting?
What was your priority date?

Priority date was January 22, 2021. I requested to be out of the country for 45 days with multiple entries and I got approved for 7 weeks with multiple entries. Now I am kicking myself for not having asked for more days. Work is so busy right now and I can only go for 1 week, I will try to go for another weekend if work allows.

for 45 days with multiple entries means that you can travel multiple times within that 45 day time range you gave? For example, say you said you will travel from sep 1, 2021 through oct 15, 2021 and can do so multiple times.

I will be applying for AP too within one month and want to give as much flexibility. Since I got DACA, I applied 3 times for AP and got it but was never able to actually travel because the time i asked for and the time it took to process, and the work commitments didnt allow me too :( I dint even get to see my grandma one last time since she passed away last year.
Anyway, I am trying to figure out how exactly to specify the range since they do ask you for specific dates that you will be traveling.
Like can I say, I need to travel from Jan 2022 to Jun 2022 multiple times for example?

I straight up ask for multiple entries within a 9 months period, we will see how that goes.
