Yeah, I just read that we have a different i-1765 where we don't need to show economy nessesity. And, about the Proof of Not 31. wouldnt the proof of identity show that I am not 31? I was born in 1990. I dont have much evidence for being present on June 15,2012 I just have college transcripts. But they don't show specific dates. But Summer term did lasted until pass June 15,2012 since I was in class that day. If I just show the transcrips. it will be enough? I also have a bank statement from June 1 2012. Will these 2 evidence be enough? Thanks One question. Are we allow to use an evidence more than once? I don't have anything about present on August 15 other than when I got my birth certificate translated (and Stamped by the capital something I forget) which shows the date. Can I use this evidence twice? |
Re: OFFICIAL: Q&A for DACA forms Part 2
Great, an issue
For my elementery record for evidence about being here before 16, under parent guardian I have my mothers name and other guys name who is NOT my father at all. doesnt correspond with my birth certificate arghh I would need to explain this right |
Re: OFFICIAL: Q&A for DACA forms Part 2
Anyone here put different address? I would like to stay contant and dont want to include my WA address in fear of issues. (major statement that shows I was here the 15th has a different address than some bank statements

Although the website has seven guidelines, a single document can cover many guidelines. A lot of documents will overlap with each other but the point is to meet all requirements. It will make your case easier to process. For example: For age and identity I included my foreign birth certificate and a foreign ID, both are basically the same but still useful. Now that they know you are under 31, you have to prove you came here before the age of 16. I used my US Visa, which shows I entered the US at the age of five. I too used my high school and college transcripts to prove residence from June 2007 - June 2012. The summers were gapped but USCIS was smart enough to know that I did not leave. I also used bank statements to prove purchases made before, on, and after June 15, 2012. As long as they are close to or after June 15 they will take it. Make it as close as possible. The hardest requirement there is is to prove residence from June 2007 to June 2012. |

I dont think I will include it since its really just a summary of all my 4 years in grade school since 3rd grade. And I dont want to confused them. I just included a report card for each year.
Also, I have 2 addresses, one where I am and one where I got my license. Should I put license one? For Mailing address I should put where I am but for residency should I put the address that my license shows? I am not adding that |
