1. The Mailing Address on the application can be really any address right?
2. For sending it, which address to use the normal or the USPS Express one?

Thanks

Put down the address you live at. USCIS is going to send you many letters that are important.

Re: OFFICIAL: Q&A for DACA forms Part 2

Well, heres whats happening. I moved to WA but am attending school in Oregon. Most of my evidence has my Oregon Address and some has my WA address (just some bank statements) school bill have my Oregon address (parents house) So what can I do here? I have my Permit ID which shows one WA address but I dont have any evidence for that address other than the permit. And then I moved again to where my DL says.

My main concern is adding an address where I dont have much evidence to support.
You guys think that will be an issue?

If it helps you my school is 6 hours away. But I am currently enrolled. However, I am only working on research so I am living at home. And at home is were I have received my notices. So, put your address right now were you will be receiving your mail.

My addresses were as follows.
Current parent address
apartment near school
apartment near school (during this period of time my parents moved to two new places my current address and some other place that I did not include because none of my document had it anyway, and I was only here for the summer mostly)
apartment back home
apartment back home
The last two were just addresses we lived at when I was in elementary school and junior high.

You know that last part of the I-821 D you can just add an explanation in there. Put item and quesiton number and just say during this period of time my family moved between oregon and washington state. The state of oregon no longer provides driver licenses for undocumented people, so my only available option was to keep my WA state drivers license. Your good!

In addition, if your sending it from oregon to AZ you don't really need to pay for express services. It takes about 2-3 days priority mail. You can pay the extra 3 bucks for certified mail or .75 for delivery confirmation. I did flat rate priority mail with delivery confirmation. Send it Saturday got there on Monday from California Central Coast.

Also, don't include your permit ID. Your WA state id with school id plus birth certificate should be enough for identification.

Most of my evidence of presence has my Oregon address. Even the most current ones. The issue here is that they are inconsistent. My banks statements from 2011 have this WA I dont live in anymore. If I used a bank statement for 2012 June it still has that WA (first WA) but I moved and the bank never updated it when I asked them to do.

Well, if all other evidence has oregon your fine. Just add an explanation. Are the 2011 and 2012 bank statements from the same account? Just say the bank never updated your bank account or that you had to keep your WA bank account open to keep your WA state ID. Oregon doesn't give DL's right? Just put it in the back portion of the DACA application.

Your fine too. As long as it was for a short period of time is considered casual.
