Hey guys I got an RFE A month ago, they where Asking me to proof that I'm currently Enrroled In a Public school and I am so Im goin to send back My RFE on Tuesday, with a letter from the head enrollment advisor at my school & also my new progress report from last semester,,,,,My question is will this be my Final RFE or is there a chance that I can still get another one for a completely different thing.

It'll most likely be your last RFE. I don't think anyone here has received a second RFE after sending back and completing the first one.

If you were to be issued an RFE for multiple things, they would have sent the first RFE requesting evidence for the other requirements, like Sonawabich, he got RFEd for 3 different things.

I received an RFE for proof of residency and I sent all my paystubs (3 years) with a fake social. Received an approval no questions.... =)

Just got notified that I need more evidence on the webpage (I821D). They sent a letter yesterday on the 1st. Can't imagine what they want more...

*sigh* I think i'm going to call Verizon. Going to request that they send me the GPS coordinates on my phone in 24 hour intervals.

Thats good to hear! I sent all my paystubs from 2006 up to 2012 and bank statements lets hope i don't get a nasty RFE.

Monday will be 60 days since they've received my RFE, 5 months and 13 days since they received my application. And 168 days since I've been waiting.

Been 5 months and 12 days since I applied ad over 2 months 15 days since they received my RFE,,,, they keep saying wait until 6 months in don't think after 6 months it's gone do any good they gone say wait more,,,,,,, I want to get approve already god :)

yeah i called last week on monday spoke with 2nd level officer he didn't help he said i'm still within a time period which is 6 months so i called back and talk to regular customer service people and did a service request and still nothing :) so basically i'm just waiting.... i'm just glad i'm not the only one there are few of us that sent their rfe 2 months ago and still waiting they will get to our case soon but the funny thing is my 6 months gone be in 20 days :o) so i'm waiting patiently :) oh and by the way this is my 2nd service request i did on on 12/5 didn't help either

Oh, because on the RFE status it says "You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response "

Not yet Chica, had to do a whole attitude turnover, was starting to let negative thoughts in my mind but no gotta think positive and positive energies all over. This RFE is going to be the key to ur approval.

I got approved today! Got my texts for Employment Authorization and DACA at 10 am. At 1 P.M I received text letting me know my EAD was sent to my address. Application Received: Sept 6 /Bios: October 1st/ RFE: November 16 /RFE Reply: Jan 17 /Approved: Feb 4/5

Texas Service center here. RFE: (Lawyer Prepared) Proof continuous residence from 2007-2011. Sent: Phone bills, Bank Statements, Teaching Observation Hours, Medical Records (Redacted), Blockbuster Card, Best Buy Purchases, and other minimal stuff. I sent at least 4 bank statements per year and the rest of the months were covered by phone bills, medical records, etc. I spread everything out. I made clear to the lawyer to send the college transcript again on top of all of it and to note the dates for each semester. I had to be present to receive a grade. They apparently used the college transcripts under the educational category the first time.

Just to everyone out there that hasn't been approved yet, I too felt down and even depressed at times. I would spend countless of hours on this forum looking at people being approved who had applied later than me and it made me angry and sad. I came to a point when I wanted to stop caring if I was approved or not, but I held on. Your time will come. Hang in there, I know it can be difficult to wait.
