We have the same RFE time line, I go the text that they received my RFE on the 24th, still nothing. What service center did you send your RFE to? I sent mine to Cali, I also was requested to send disposition for charges that where dropped. Maybe because its a criminal thing their been extra careful on reviewing our cases. Today is the 5 day now, and most people got approved 2 to 5 days from received RFE to approving.

See maybe its my paranoia but I'm thinking if u haven't received an approval in 2 to 5 days. That it's a denial because it takes them longer to actually type out a denial letter. Lol omg. You see!

Do your dispositions documents say "dropped" cause mine says "district attorneys office did not file" see I'm worried cause I'm thinking if the person approving sees "district attorneys office did not file" they will think they just forgot to file and boom! DENIED!

Did it have like (xx) no record and some other bullshit and an (xx) only non detained information and the charge or something like that. What were ur charges

Just got approved about an hour ago. hang on their, trust me i believed i was going to get a denial but they gave it to me. i hope you get it today or soon.
