Did you put you had an arrest on your application? I had one for petty theft but was told it was going to get dismiss if i wrote a letter to macys saying i was sorry. I never got finger prints or anything like that, just taken to the police station and they called my mom to come and get me... but in my application i put no arrest

You shoul be fine if they never fingerprinted you.

Question..... For those that mailed their rfe in did you guys get an update on your online status saying they've accepted it or did you track it online through USPS saying they've received it. Because I haven't gotten any update on my status and I've sent mine in a week now and still in initial review. I tracked my rfe through USPS and says its been delivered. Please let me know thanks.

When its officially received you will get a notification online. Mines was delivered by USPS on the 12th but Vermont officially received it on the 15th.

if they don't update in another week then just resent everthing with return signature

They updated mine the same day it got delivered, from Cali center though.

WTF is going on with TSC, today i get an update text, i check my case and it says this"On November 1, 2012, we mailed a notice requesting initial evidence in this case. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the evidence requested." i dont know why it says initial evidence, when i first got RFE'd on 10/10 it was requesting additional evidence, is it normal for it to change like that?

Wohoooo just got approved! Sent my evidence on thursday last week and they received it on the 29thcake anf o was approved today the 1st! Yayayay

maybe their requesting more evidence ? did you already send the one they ask for the first time ?
