Two more questions..
1. Should the name on the application be axactly like on the birth certificate? (with two last names, father's last name and then mother's last name) or should it be written with just the last name I use for everyday stuff?

2. Should the place of birth be exactly how it is written on my birth certificate also? Instead of just putting La Noria (town) they also put the county it's in right after, so it looks like this: town, county, state, country.

Are you from Oaxaca? My friends birth certificate said the whole name. I put town, county, state I don't think it says to specify country on that line. I think is further down.

I got approved on Wed and got my card on a Saturday. So give it 3-5 business days. and Congrats! :)

Does anyone know about the name part? The only reason I'm wondering is because I read somewhere on here someone saying "put your name how you want it" like how it's going to appear on the DL, SS and all that.

Hi guys,
I am abit concern about the part being physically in the U.S prior June 2007 of the D.A. Apparently, I've been in the U.S since i was 15 and i am matched with almost every requirement except that part- I came to U.S on august 27 2007 >.< so does that mean i am disqualify for D.A? please be kind to help me on this matter :P

I know your like the second one i hear about. But basically because you have to show proof for june 15, 2007-june 15-2012. Your kind of in a gray area. So, I would contact a lawyer. I don't know if others have been approved without showing evidence for before 2007.

Did you have all those immunization records in your original one? Like I said you have way too much high school stuff.
You only need transcripts and high school diploma otherwise you are just sending repetitive stuff and more paper for them to look at. More paper=more time they have to spend on it.

These are the most important dates June 15-2007-June 15, 2012. I think you should go to the RFE section and look at what people have been receiving RFE's for.

When I came to the U.S. before enrolling me to High School my Mom ordered my Mexican Immunization Record and took me with the Firefighters to get all the Vaccines I need to get enrolled in high school. The Firefighters opened up a New Navy Blue Arizona's Lifetime Immunization Record card and passed all the Vaciness I had in Mexico to the New Navy Record Card and then gave the following vaciness here in the US in 3 different dates:
(Td)- August 17, 2000
(MMR)- August 17, 2000
(Hep B)- August 17, 2000
(MMR)- October 19, 2000
(Hep B)- October 19, 2000
(Hep B)- February 15, 2001

I think that I will remove the Evidence in Purple, what do you think???
