Well pessimism won't get us anywhere, just keep us in limbo. Or worse... We need to get up and keep pushing, if your still standing you aren't tired yet, and if you are tired know that you still have some fight left in ya before you keel over.

And for all those of you who have yet to do anything START NOW! This goes especially for those of you who I know just visit this website to see whats happening and never do anything. Yeah YOU! Email your senators, even if they support the dream act! Email them and tell them not to change their mind! Its now or never!

Senator Reid will be moving the DREAM Act to a vote via as an amendment to the Defense Authorization Bill.

What does this mean?

It means that the DREAM Act still needs 60 votes to pass. We still need 60 senators to say yes when it comes time for the bill to be attached to the defense bill.

What can you do to help?

We need calls right now. We need to flood offices with calls in support of the DREAM Act. Currently we are being beat by anti-immigrants 10
calls to 1. That means for every 1 call you make in support 10 people are calling against the DREAM Act.

call 1 888 254 5087 and someone will pick up, then you tell them to transfer you to a senator of your choice, or just say a state, and then they will transfer you there. at this time their offices are closed, as they close at 5:00 PM. so you can leave a message telling them to vote for the DREAM act. you can also call tomorrow before they close to get one of their aides. Im calling tonight and tommorrow, so they can see that there are lots of supporters. if you can call, and call again, repeatedly.

People be sure to pay special attention to Hagan (D, North Carolina), she may vote yes on Dream act to be part of a bigger legislation as she says she won't support it as a standalone.

Which Senators are on the fence? so we can call
