He wants the Wall money all up front. Wonder if the Democrats are for that. I know they were thinking of giving him the money, but spread out because they were planning to stop it when they got back into power.

They might, I am surprise they're including dreamers who didn't apply for DACa. If we put all the pieces together we have so far on these propose ideas then

10 years conditional green card for DACa
12 years for everyone Year

Morph would mean conditional residency status to non conditional residency to citizenship

i am not too sure about the $25 bil all up front.

Schumer's intention was misplaced when he offered it, now Trump played his ass knowing he was gonna offer the Wall anyway.
