Then that means they can arrest any of us because we can all be gang members!!! FUCCCKKK!

Also, it does not make sense they did not take the other brother...

YES, it will look bad. This is PRECISELY why we should distance ourselves from or throw the murderous/gang-affiliated immigrants under the bus.

@Caesar Vargas and Erika Andiola: keep pushing for the defense of ALL immigrants (even the bad ones). Dumb fucktards.

Really? Man I've always dreamed of going to Spain, I used to watch this show "Destino España" about foreigners living in Spain. I guess is a good option

TOTALLY. You want to know the crazy thing? Some leading dreamers are advocating for the defense of these fuckers.

ICE is so incompetent sometimes, I swear. I wouldn't be surprised if these officers lose their jobs.

"It doesn't matter you're not born here." Seriously? Are all of these guys HS dropouts?

lmfao yeah. If you give them a reason to screw you over, they will.

Wow, how quickly we turned on Daniel, only to turn back, and then turn on him again!

Why are we not operating on "innocent until proven guilty"? He deserves the benefit of the doubt, especially from us right now. This guy is definitely having an incredibly rough time right now, and we should be supporting him. Otherwise, we're no better than the ignorant xenophobes who are now clamoring for the end of DACA based on little info.

IF Daniel is, in fact, a gang member, then he should suffer the consequences. If he's not, then he deserves to be free again without any blemish on his record. We don't know the whole truth, and as of this moment, we should assume the best of Daniel--a two-time DACA beneficiary--and the worst of ICE. I hope his lawyers know what they're doing.

Totally. If he is a GANG MEMBER, f**k him.

it probably went down like this

ICE: arrest dad, see kid with tattoos or stereotypical haircut, attire
ICE: ask kid if he ever was in a gang
KID: dumb kid doesn't know any better and responds
ICE: detains him.

Fucking BS man, i had to get my father deported after the police would just jail him and set him free due to domestic violence several times, he would just go back and harrass me, my brother and my mother.

He would of still be here if i hadnt done that, and the most stupid thing is that his bitch ass would of been shielded from deportation if he were to be in a "sanctuary city" probably.

low lifes dont deserve to be here. They only make the rest of the good behaving immigrants look bad. And it pisses me off that the media puts us all together smh.

You gotta take into account that they didnt take the other guy. There's High chances he really was a gangbanger wannabe fool, hopefully he isnt.

We just gotta wait on how this case goes. On the comments from the articles ive read on FB Some say his DACA expired, some say he had tattoos, some say his dad was a felon. Lets see what happens hopefuly all turns out fine.

I was in the same boat when I was young, so I understand. I completely agree with you. I am just amazed that very influential dreamers (the ones who have access to the media) are advancing the platform that we should not go along with the good v. bad narrative. I am afraid of these fucktards fucking it up for the rest of us.

How did this guy qualify for DACA if he was a criminal?

*nevermind, I see he admitted to being a gang member.

Re: First arrest of a DREAMer

Man if this guy turns out to be a hardened criminal, it will really mess us up. Talks of the program being flawed, letting criminals roam free etc etc will call for Trump to just terminate it

Lambo Mercy 02-15-2017 06:52 AM

Re: First arrest of a DREAMer

I doubt he's a "hardened criminal" there's a reason we had to pass background checks. He probably looks like baby joker from Next Friday so ICE took his ass

Doubt it. He has to do damage control for this Russian shit. If he does cancel it it won't be for a while

Here is what I think it will happen, trump will cancel daca but will allow renewals for those who have it. Meaning new applicants won't be able to apply for it.

That's what my mother think as well, which would suck for the younger guys but obviously good for most of us

A gang member with no criminal record? ICE can't take you into custody unless they have a warrant or gain probable cause through statements given by you.

Why is everyone so quick to throw dirt on ICE agents? They're just following orders. It's all business not personal.

Blame the people above them.

I tried to tell you guys that having DACA doesn't mean shit, but you guys choose to continue to live in delusion.

If ICE is telling the truth, he is a self-admitted gang member.

Can't defend that.

Then why are you so worried about DACA folk, I'd be worried about getting caught at all. :)

Biscuit boy relax, DACA folk wont be deported unless they are criminal scum. If the guy said he was a gang member, then he fucked himself out of DACA and a chance of being in the US.

I'm not worried. I honestly couldn't care less. We're all fighting our own battle, and i wish everyone good luck.

And as far as the young man who has been detained in Seattle, we'll find out soon enough.

Hopefully the administration will now clarify that Dreamers are not to be detained...

Well honestly I would be happy if they just keep ignoring the issue and they keep DACA.

Also, hopefully that guy and others stay clear of trouble!!!!

Fuck at least for the foreseeable future for God's sake.

Thank God this Russian shit is all over the media to cover us.
