When I came to the U.S. before enrolling me to High School my Mom ordered my Mexican Immunization Record and took me with the Firefighters to get all the Vaccines I need to get enrolled in high school. The Firefighters opened up a New Navy Blue Arizona's Lifetime Immunization Record card and passed all the Vaciness I had in Mexico to the New Navy Record Card and then gave the following vaciness here in the US in 3 different dates:

I'm so nervous about this whole process (collecting evidence and thinking about the future) and I haven't sent the package yet....., I don't want to think how I will feel once I ship the package. I have waited a lot time trying to be sure I collect enough and concrete evidence.... I think that I also waited all this time because I'm afraid of the future or too excited.

Once I complete the Affidavits I will "Double Punch" all the Evidence from the top and attach them to a "2 Hole Acco Fastener". To make sure all the documents stay together and comletely sorted. And this way they can make copies easily without unattaching the package.

I don't think they make copies. i think it is all digital now and it is all scanned. That is why they tell you not to highlight anything in the applications because the scanner won't pick it up.

On my Immunization Records and my Daughter's Immunization Records I Highlighted the Specific Vaccines I want them to be aware of. I think I will have to make copies again and this time not highlight them.
