Gosh it really worries me, people are sending their rfes in 1 or2 days letter received, then 2 to 5 days letter approved. For me I sent mine on the 24th received th 25th still nothing

Thanks! I know it was really fast i received a text in monday saying they received the rfe and 3the days later i get approved! I wasnt expecting it to be so fast i was ready to wait. I can sleep well tonight lol

Checked my online update it says they sent ref on October 30th 2012...any idea what is it gone be about and how long it takes to receive the mail? and who receives the mail me or my lawyer?

I thought i sent enough proof
Bachelor degree diploma
Community college and University- transcript
School Transcript
School ID

however after reading other peoples comments...I realize that i did not sent any proof from 2007 to 2012. The only thing i sent them was the addresses that i was living at that time.

Date applied August 20th
Receipt Received August 23rd
Bio metric notice date September 11,
Appointment date October 2,
have yet not received ref letter ??????

Hi, it seems like they might need evidence from 07 to current, they actually want enough information to make it clear you have beeen here for at least those 5 yrs. Medical records, pay stubs, school records, bank statements, bills, etc anything that you can think of that make it clear you have reside in the united states. Good luck!

They might ask for more evidence and/or they overlooked something. I sent my college transcripts for the 5 years continuous presence but the officer overlooked it and said that I did not send anything at all for 2011.

I believe this depends on the address that you put in the application. Under mailing address, did you put your address or the lawyer's?

On November 1, 2012, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I821D Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals.

Overstay...
