It is possible that all your background checks have been adjudicated, have you completed the CI?

As for the interview, you have to just tell them why you are eligible as per INA329 nothing else.

There has been a lot of BS going on but the judge seems to not like the decert of already signed n426 and changing the criteria (to go on her back)

Also, I highly recommend that you message ltc stock for some advice once you get a set date.

How is this even possible? Didn't DoD change policy where you have to complete BCT and serve 1 year in reserve to get certification for military

thats the new policy they came out with last week. it may get dismissed by the judge.

and some ppl have been going thru the cracks to obtain interviews and/or naturalization

I am so happy for those who will get naturalization slippin thru cracks. Yall deserve it no matter what people say. I am just in disbelief it is happening

Hey everyone just finished my CI interview and I wanted to say thanks for the help. Anyone have a shipdate yet?

The rumor mill was saying JAN when I asked around.

Woah. Hope this rumor turns out true. So tired of waiting. Anything i need to take with me as a DACA besides 4 CI interview forms?

-DACA approval forms (I-821D)
-All passports current and expired
-EAD cards
-Social Security Card
-I-94 (if you have it)
-State License/ID

Also save yourself the trouble and list all aunts/uncles/siblings on the relatives form. Better to have more than less.
