Biometrics on 9/21 as a walkin in Oakland CA
RFE posted on February 20th 2013
RFE being mailed back on April 8th 2013
RFE due date is May 15th 2013

-Why did i wait so long to return my RFE? AT&T will not provide me bill copies from 2009 which is when my RFE date is from. After 6 long conversations they said maybe i should just approach their legal department with a subpoena. However they did send me all of 2010-2012.

-Has anyone recently submitted an RFE with a quick response? My lawyer was telling me that often they dont look at RFE files until their mandatory deadline date stated on the letters we receive.

I think is innacurate the last part you wrote . I think most RFE get looked at within a month or so of being received only in some case it has taken longer. I doubt they would wait months too look at it considering theres like 3-4 month that they give you to respond to you RFE not for them to look at it.

i sent my app yesterday, but I just realized I forgot to write down any address prior to june 2006, even though I came here in 2000. I did have evidence of me being since 2000 through school records but didnt list the adresses. I have lived in 9 places since 2006, so I put down the most important addresses which took up all my space for addresses and 1 in the additional info part. and prior to 2006, I was 15 and my mom moved us around alot so we didnt stay in one place longer than a year. Is it likely that I will get a RFE?

When they receive your rfe response does it update online or remains the same ... On... we sent a request for more evidence...?

when they receive my RFE packet it update and it said like this
On March 20, 2013, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283

Ok, thank you for the info. They received my package this morning, according to usps, but it hasn't been updated. Maybe tomorrow or in a couple days I guess.

no use a bigger one but I wrote exactly how it was on the small envolep and I just.clip the blue letters and the envelop together

I got one text/email on April 6, stating that app was updated for RFE. I got another saying the same thing but updated to yesterday(4/9). Do they send the RFE letter after the first notification or after the second?

Just got approved guys!!! After almost 7 months!!!!! Literally received the notification like 10 min ago.

I have a question though, i have only been approved for the work permit, the deferred action still says the same "on march 29 we received your rfe...." is this normal?

All I can say is "patience" my friend. As you can see in my signature I applied since september and had a tough case with my fingerprints taken incorrectly, and then the RFE but let me tell you, your turn will come.

Just try to forget about it for a while, that is what i did, concentrate on work/school, play sports, and when you less expect it you will be approved.

the white letter u got it was the one that said what evidence they were requesting and the blue one was to return it back with ur evidence

They were both blue, I've just heard of people getting white ones instead, is there a significance to that?

OMG!!!! I GOT APPROVED AT 3PM I GOT THE MESSAGE!!! SENT APP ON NOV.19th bios dec.21st card production today at 3pm im crying and shaking i cant believe it its the start of my new life!!! for all of you waiting with tickets and stuff dont worry about it i had three for driving with no licence and a hit and run wich was dissmissed!!! oh service center is california!!!

You need only three proofs that can show you were here at that time. Lets say your phone bill from may june and july that would do. If have bank staments then its good too just those konths though

Got the RFE letter today. Appears that all evidence needed is proof of residence on June 15 2007, and then the time of filing the application (Nov '12). Are bank statements and pay stubs enough?
