Yes that's good but with evidences you have to know it doesn't matter how many u have but how well they establish a timeline for your continuous presence. So make sure that it covers the entire year with maximum 2-3 month gaps. You can also provide affidavits to support continuous presence for times you can't find evidences for.

Hey what do you get in the mail when you're approved? Do you get the ead card and deferred action approval in one envelope? Different envelopes? Do you get a letter with the card saying you've been approved for this ead?

You get the EAD, a letter for the i765 and a letter for the i821 all in separate envelopes.

Hello everyone, after 9 days of no power thanks to Sandy, I can finally take care of my RFE. For some weird reason, they sent the request to my lawyer but I never got it at my place. I'm guessing the hurricane complicated some stuff. It reads:

"Specifically, you submitted evidence for the years 2007, 2008, 2010, and 2012. However, you did not provide evidence for the years 2009 or 2011"

Here are the things I'm submitting,
1.) My doctor's notes when I had routine check ups and physical done
2.) Bank statements
3.)Credit card statements from two different financial institutions
3.) email confirmation for the registration and donations to the 5k races I did

Questions:
1.) Are these enough?
2.) I have 2 pictures from the 5k races I did. Should I have them developed and send them?
3.) How do I make an affidavit and who would be considered legit to sign them? i.e. will a girlfriend count? will the relative I've been staying with for 5+ years count?

Make sure you have something for every year! Don't forget to write a letter explaining how each evidence certifies each years requirement, send them everything you got! And you should be fine.
Doctors visits, credit cards statements and bank statements for those 2 years are golden.
Sending them pics, emails, and affidavits signed by gf or relatives wouldn't hurt. Good luck.

What do you mean by every year? From the phrase I quoted, I'm only suppose to submit evidence for the year 2009 and 2011, right? I don't know if that's what you meant or, are you telling me to submit evidence for 2007 all the way through 2012.

I meant 2009 and 2011. Keep the evidence simple and straightforward. You will be fine. Good luck.
