i've yet to receive a tracking number but if you're getting yours monday then i should get mine tuesday since i got approved a day after you did! :D

Thanks! You know what I had not even noticed, I did it as soon as I found out I was approved, I was so excited I didn't even pay attention.lol
I never did get a text or email though, I checked the status myself to find out, but all that matters is that I got approved!

Ok I have a question. I received my RFE today, I need to submit evidence for 2011. I can't find receipts or anything. My only option is sending a letter from my church (I am a deacon and been a deacon for years). If my church clerk states that, will it be enough?

Unfortunately, it will NOT be enough to just sent an affidavit (which is essentially what your letter is).
If you only send that, you will get denied for "Insufficient evidence to demonstrate continuous residence".
For an RFE any evidence is good evidence.
I've mentioned this before, dated pictures, print outs of facebook posts and check ins that show date and Nearby locations, tweets with dates, ebay account receipts, xbox live, anything that can tie you into the US is good....If a letter is the only thing youve got, get MORE than one! Neighbors, gym buddies, fellow church goers, etc....give them more than enough info, enough to show that you were here in 2011 without reasonable doubt...

Also, if you are actively involved in your church, im sure you do activities with other churches and other community orgs...get letters from their leaders as well...stating what yall worked on together, dates dates dates, and locations are key!

Ok thanks a lot. I just found two NYC Hospital bills. One is dated 07/08/11 and the other is 10/10/11. Is this enough wvidence?

I am driving myself insane! I cant stop checking every second....I sent the RFE response on 4/22 they got it and updated the site on 4/23.....Then it makes you wonder if there is something wrong....but to their defense I sent a packet about 4 inches thick.

What's your service center? I sent my package on 4/23 and they updated the site on 4/26. I sent mine to the TSC by the way.

Hi! Thanks!! They wanted more evidence for continuous residence for 07 and 10 plus up to the filing date, which was Dec 31, 2012. I sent PayPal receipts for 2010 that I happen to find as I was digging for more evidence. Biggest thing that helped me though were my iTunes transactions. I had a transaction for every month since January 07 to present.

Ok I may be slightly paranoid....Its been 10 days after I submitted the RFE docs. should i be worried? I know its says wait 60 days but it seems like after the RFE docs are submitted its pretty quick after that...

well for me i waited 10 days after i sent it (7 after usps said they received it) and i called them. i didn't push any of the options i just waited on the line until it automatically transferred me (to someone who spoke spanish) and i told them that it had been 10 days since i sent in my RFE the guy said that it could take up to 30 days and that i might have to wait 2 more weeks. literally no more than 5 minutes after i hung up with him i got an approval email/text! so maybe it's worth a try, it could of been just one big coincidence though

May be I'll call them next week I dont want to be a pest and have them get pissed and deny it. Im going on vacation at the end of the month and it would be nice if I could drive part of the 11hrs we have to drive.

Tgurl, some people's status don't get updated (showing that they received your RFE response). In some cases, it goes straight to approval. So don't worry and stay positive!

I used PayPal email receipts as evidence, as well as iTunes receipts. I can't say I use Facebook but others have and they have gotten approved.

For PayPal I printed the emails. I couldn't go to PayPal website because my account was closed in 2011. Make sure to hit the print icon by the email, otherwise ,if you just go to File>Print it will cut it off. Let me know if that make sense.

For iTunes I took screenshots. Only because that's the only way to retrieve your transaction history. I started with the account info page, then continued taking screenshots of every batch. Make sure you capture every batch even if you only need a certain time period.

Hi Everyone,
I need help, I received a RFE one week ago and they required to give more information about my GED enrollment and I asked my school director and they gave me a new one but doesnt have the information that USCIS require me and I need a favor: Can someone provide me a sample of the letter that it has all requirements that USCIS is requiring.? Thanks in advance. I dont want to mess up and lost this opportunity.
