DA User you know very well that even if there is a 500ft tall wall covering both borders with 500,000,000,000 naval ships covering every square mile of our coast illegal immigration would not stop.

60-70% of all illegals are overstays.

Secure the border is just fancy word play by republicans to weasel out of being targeted as bigots.

500 feet wall? Are you sure? Source?

You know if Congress was serious about the Immigration Issue then they have passed the bill already.

So they did come here legally if they are overstays.

I really want the Dream Act to pass but I don't want anyone to be left out.

Yes there is, but I am not going to waste my time educating you on politics. However, since you really want CIR in 2011 and you believe in Reps. and McCain, why are you so worried that you were excluded from the DA? mhhhh okay whatever you say will be irrelevant....

You see, what I'm getting at is that you didn't give two shits about the age requirement until YOU were left out.

Let this be a lesson to us all, this is exactly where BLIND OPTIMISM leads to.

Yes, but the 35 year olds were NEVER qualified to begin. What about that Dreamer who was 21 in 2001 and just turned 30? How do you think 30 year olds feel now?

No there isn't, and its wrong to assume every republican is, but it is hard not to suspect some are when they use the I-bomb in every single one of their sentences complaining about a "Affirmative-Action-Amnesty-Nightmare Act."

Stop trying to work against us DA User. I'm worried you legitimately want it to fail so you can say "I told you so."

You can assume someone is racist. Kinda like the AZ bill about the 'reasonable suspicion'.

I am very sorry.

Dude, if McCain and Palin became presidents, we would have been screwed even worse.

You sound like it should have been McCain should have been the president instead of Obama. If McCain were the president, you would say by now that Obama should have been the president.

Flip flopper!

I don't want the DA to fail but I want the Retroactive to be added back. Is there a chance anything will happen if it passes?

why the f*** do you want a source for an example I used? There are no plans to build a 500ft tall wall. Nor does the US Military have 500,000,000,000 Naval ships to cover every square mile of water. Did you even read my post?

Its just a way of making you realize even if there is no way to "border hop" or swim across rivers coasts or whatever there will still be illegal immigrants.

Not in the sense of passing CIR though atleast. I wanted for Obama to be President and I hope he is re-elected and Dems to win back the Congress again.

Most Republicans think that the Border needs to be secured and then they will consider CIR.

Illegal Immigrants come here out of desperation. They want better life for themselves and for their family.
