While I'm thankful for what he did, you know he pretty much did it because he felt threatened by mitt Romney , given the fact that he could win independents. Obama had a filibuster proof vote on the senate and a super majority in the house. Yet he did nothing because it wasn't important. It was until co nv mi nc fl were at play that he was like I better do something. Just like when he finally decided to support gay marriage. I can see myself supporting repubs in the middle of the road.

I believe Romney was a factor, but he is not the reason why Obama did it. Obama would have done it during his time as president, when he did was influenced by the Dream Act's failure and consequent movement.

No not at all. I just prefer not to give all the credit to the devil. If you read my last sentence, there's is a subtlety. My main point is that this would have been done one way or another. This is contrary (or at least appears to be) to what you stated, which is that Obama granted Dreamer relief because of Romney. Now, granted, if you want to do something and you're facing the possibility of losing your only chance to do it, you will do it sooner. This is what I believed happened..
