Let me get this straight. So not only will the 690k be the only ones to benefit, but they're also going to use that to push hard right comprehensive immigration reform? Yeah, nothing's changed. So much for a leveled plainfield or whatever the fuck Bitch McTurtle said.

We need something that protects aged out Dreamers of 2012. I don't care if the path is 100 years to USC.

One senior official said the Dreamers would be given legal status so long as they were productive, law-abiding members of American society. The official said a path to citizenship was only a discussion point and would only be available to about 690,000 young immigrants who signed up for legal protections under an Obama-era program known as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA. Legal status would not be extended to those who were eligible for the program but failed to register, the official said.

I also read 1.7 Million Dreamers too which is the aged out ones.

Does that mean citizenship for only people who currently have DACA and those who failed to register will only be given legal status and no citizenship?

or no legal status at all for those who didnt apply?
