Not a fan of Vargas.

He went on Tucker Carlson and said it is constitutionally permissible to block city streets when protesting:

I have no idea why this is even a question?? Why wouldn't you use your EAD while you can?

USCIS said from day one that they could end our daca at their discretion. This normally meant if you were a bad hombre but this could easily be applied to general change of administration policy

And if they were to be sued. Who you think would sue them? Republicans?

Come on we will wait we have until 8/8

There are cases where a judge has rules that the government cannot end an individual's DACA without sufficient notice and without just cause. So the possibility we'll wake up to revoked EADs is unlikely.

And in terms of the promise to the prior administration, the agency has remained the same. The promise wasn't between us and Obama. It's between us and USCIS.

Tucker Carlson is a fucking joke. He will never support legalizing us. NEVER. Regardless of what Vargas said, Carlson would find a way to spin it negatively.

Yes the judges said they needed a valid reason. Exactly what do you think this lawsuit is about? If the judge seeing the lawsuit sides with the Texas Republican attorney that would give USCIS more than enough reason to terminate all dacas on grounds it was an illegal/ unconstitutional program in the first place.

Agree wity your point on carlson.

Vargas still looked like a moron. Anybody who paid attention in high school civics can tell you not constitutionally ok to block road while protesting.

Tucker Carlson is a tool. When he was at MSNBC he was just as liberal as Bernie Sanders. But ever since he signed with Fox News he’s a “conservative”. The guy will do and say anything for ratings. He’s lost all credibility.

But doesn't the Texas lawsuit not even mention current DACA holders, meaning it doesn't ask to invalidate current DACA permits?
